"Mrs. Sally Flip" - Home Renovation. Style: Craftmans

Before: Mrs. Sally gave us a run for our money; a beautiful picture fell from the walls while demoing the house. It was a pretty cool moment. Here is an older home that had little to no upkeep for years. This is an extremely traditional home, with the kitchen in the back of the house and every room closed off. Once the walls were open, there were tonnes of hidden costs that needed to be addressed. This was a tough flip, but we got it done.

After: Welcome to this Stunning, Completed, Renovated home. This large 4BR/2BA single-family home boasts 12-foot ceilings. As you enter the house, you will find a large open-concept living area. The kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, a large island, a pantry, a stunning geometric backsplash, andry. There were plenty of challenges and a fantastic cabinet, but we overcame them and made the owner happy.
