Mrs. Sally Flip

Before: Mrs. Sally gave us a run for our money; a beautiful picture fell from the walls while demoing the house. It was a pretty cool moment. Here is an older home that had little to no upkeep for years. This is an extremely traditional home, with the kitchen in the back of the house and every room closed off. Once the walls were open, there were tonnes of hidden costs that needed to be addressed. This was a tough flip, but we got it done. 

After: Welcome to this Stunning, Completed, Renovated home. This large 4BR/2BA single-family home boasts 12-foot ceilings. As you enter the house, you will find a large open-concept living area. The kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, a large island, a pantry, a stunning geometric backsplash, andry. There were plenty of challenges and a fantastic cabinet, but we overcame them and made the owner happy.

Craftsman Style Home

For you craftsman-style lovers, you will love this home! This is a new construction home with a beautiful open floor plan and vaulted ceilings in the living room area. The house features stainless steel appliances to go with your clean white cabinets. This is a four-bedroom, two-full-bath home. The black backsplash adds a slick, modern twist to the kitchen design. The nice-sized master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling.

Before: Here you have a 4-bedroom home with 2 full baths. This home was more of a cosmetic flip. The house was as if somebody just left and never returned. There was still food in the cabinets and clothes in the closets, so there were plenty of items left behind. However, the bones were still intact. It just needed a new vision and some love. After: This is Ranch style flip features an open floor plan. 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a nice pergola in the backyard. Tiled showers to give it a custom feel. Laminate flooring running throughout the house.  Updated light fixtures with nice repost grey walls.  This was every investor's dream to flip based on very low hidden costs. Hope you enjoy it. 

"Dad's First" - Nashville Home Renovation. Style: Ranch

Outdoor Fresh Look

Take a look at this backyard renovation. The owners recently had a pool installed but needed some yard maintenance. We regraded the backyard to make it more level, then added a 14x14 octagon fire pit paver area. Additionally, we installed an exterior door to their master bedroom for easy access to the pool. The entire project was completed in just a week, and we are extremely pleased with the results.
